Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of OneFreeTools (the "Site") at https://onefreetools.com, operated by the OneFreeTools team ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing the Site or using any of its tools, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must stop using the Site immediately.

The Site is intended for users who are at least 13 years old (16 in the European Economic Area). If you are below this age, you may not use the Site without the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Site, or interfere with any other party's use of it.

Use of the tools
OneFreeTools publishes free, browser-based utilities. You may use them for personal or commercial purposes, with the following understandings:
- No warranty of fitness. Tools are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.
- You are responsible for your input. Do not paste personal data, secrets, credentials, or confidential information into any tool unless you fully understand the risks of doing so on a public website.
- Output belongs to you. Anything generated by a tool from your own input is yours to use. We claim no ownership over your output.
- No abusive automation. You agree not to scrape, hammer, or otherwise abuse the Site beyond what a normal browser user would do.

All design, layout, text content, code, and original assets on the Site are the property of the OneFreeTools team or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may quote short excerpts from the educational content with attribution to OneFreeTools and a link back to the original page. Wholesale copying of pages, articles, or visual designs is not permitted without written consent.

Third-party advertising
The Site may display advertising provided by Google AdSense and similar networks (potentially including Mediavine or Raptive). Advertising content is not produced by OneFreeTools and we do not endorse the products or services advertised.
If you click on an advertisement, the third party that operates it is responsible for your interaction. Please review their terms before engaging.

When using the Site, you agree not to:
- Use the tools to violate any law or third-party right.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, its underlying systems, or any account.
- Introduce malware, scripts, or any code that could harm the Site or its users.
- Use the Site to harass, threaten, or otherwise harm others.
- Use any automated system (other than standard search-engine crawlers) to access the Site in a way that sends more requests than a human could reasonably produce in the same period.

OneFreeTools does not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that defects will be corrected. The Site is not a substitute for professional legal, financial, medical, or other specialized advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OneFreeTools and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, use, or goodwill arising from or related to your use of the Site.
Our total cumulative liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with the Site is limited to the greater of one hundred US dollars (USD 100) or the amount you paid us in the twelve months immediately before the claim (which, for free services, is zero).

Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, except where applicable consumer-protection laws give you the right to bring claims in your home jurisdiction.
